Relevance to determine update needed

I am trying to query the registry to determine if and update is needed. I am querying HKLM\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Microsoft ODDB Driver 17 for SQL Server\CurrentVersion\Version for a value less than 17.10.4.1. How do I write this for my deployment.

To inspect only the native software hive (32 bit for 32 bit OS or 64 bit for 64 bit OS,

exists value "Version" whose (it as string as version < "17.10.4.1") of keys "HKLM\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Microsoft ODDB Driver 17 for SQL Server\CurrentVersion" of native registry

If you need to inspect 32 bit of 64 bit OS also,

exists value "Version" whose (it as string as version < "17.10.4.1") of keys "HKLM\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Microsoft ODDB Driver 17 for SQL Server\CurrentVersion" of (x64 registry ; x32 registry)
