Relevance substitution error for SHA1 and size calculation of large files

Hi,
We have been using below code in several custom fixlets since long time.

 Command failed (Relevance substitution failed) continue if {(size of it = 4826272553 and sha1 of it ="5d7e5b32397a585d560ff794cd75a3c77fbb756e") of file (parameter "binaryFile") of folder "__Download"}

I have recently seen, its fails first attempt. Sometimes it works as well on same machine.
When I run same command locally it works fine. But it takes 5-10 mins to calculate SHA1.
Is there any timeout for action commands ??
Is there something changed in client behavior recently ?

I could be wrong but I think there is something like a 10 second limit for evaluating relevance though I don’t recall if that was limited to properties or in general.
