Relevance issue with Fixlet MS19-SEP: Servicing Stack Update for Windows 10 Version 1709 - Windows 10 Version 1709 - KB4512575 (x64)

We have deployed the Fixlet “MS19-SEP: Servicing Stack Update for Windows 10 Version 1709 - Windows 10 Version 1709 - KB4512575 (x64)” to install the mentioned KB. However, most of the systems are retrying the action with an exit code -2145124329. Which according to Microsoft:

0x80240017 -2145124329 WU_E_NOT_APPLICABLE Operation was not performed because there are no applicable updates.

With that, I suspect the Fixlet has an issue with relevance. Has anyone else seen this?
Someone from HCL could take a look at this?

What edition of Windows 10 ? Home/pro or education/enterprise?

Running Win10 Pro Edition

Windows 10 version 1709 home/pro editions are no longer supported by MS. When end of support went into effect around April 2019, the OS cumulative updates could no longer be installed but some of the other ones like flash player, .net framework, and servicing stack updates could still be applied. MS may have begun blocking the install of the servicing stack updates as well now.

I’ll pass this on to the team to investigate.

Through testing, the team has confirmed that beginning with MS19-SEP, the servicing stack updates can no longer be applied to Windows 10 Version 1709 non-enterprise/non-education editions.

Relevance has been added to the fixlets to prevent them from becoming relevant on unsupported editions of Windows 10 version 1709.
You can find the updated fixlets in Patches for Windows, version 3381.

Thanks, and great find!
…are we going to add “Unsupported OS” warning fixlets for those as well?

We already have a warning fixlet for Windows 10 version 1709 non-enterprise/non-education.
