We have Office 365 installed on our Windows 10 workstations and no Office installed on most of our servers. Almost all of our machines (workstations and servers) are relevant for MS19-DEC: Security update for Office 2010 - Office 2010 SP2 - KB4475598 (x64)

If you try to install the security patch you get: exit code 17028

If you install the patch interactively you get:

“There are no products affected by this package install on this system”

Yes, we’ve noticed the issue with KB4475598. Will be pushing out an update before end of day today.

The relevance for the faulty Office patch KB4475598 have been updated on version 3436.0
