this is the relevance I used for the IBM iaccess solutions install.
because it is Java based, and does not register with the OS when it installs, you need to relay on the version from the .exe file to see if it is installed, or needs to be installed.
not exist files (("C:\users\" & it & "\IBM\ClientSolutions\Start_Programs\Windows_x86-64\acslaunch_win-64.exe") of names of logged on users) or not exists(it as string as version) whose (it <= "1.1.8.7") of value "ProductVersion" of version block of file (("C:\users\" & it & "\IBM\ClientSolutions\Start_Programs\Windows_x86-64\acslaunch_win-64.exe") of names of logged on users)
