Relevance Debugger or QnA for a MAC

Hi,

I have a couple of MAC questions that I hope someone can answer…Does a Relevance Debugger or QnA for a MAC exist? Does the MAC have “__Download” folder and a bigfix client log to examine? If so, where does is the exact path on a MACId like to start using bigfix to manage and maintain our MAC clients, but documentation and resources for bigfix for MACs are scarce or non-existant.

Please help.

I didn’t find the right solution from the Internet.

This link should have most of what you’re looking for: https://www.ibm.com/developerworks/community/wikis/home?lang=en#!/wiki/Tivoli+Endpoint+Manager/page/Common+File+Locations

It points out the QnA binary location, the logs folder, and the path to the masthead, which should get you on your way to finding whatever other client related folders you’re looking for.

Sadly there isn’t a relevance debugger as full featured as the one for Windows, but QnA gets the job done for the most part.

In addition to the Common File Locations documentation that @alinder identified, you could leverage the Query tool within the WebUI. This of course assumes that you’re BigFix installation is v9.5.5 or later.
