I received the following announcement last week.

Where can I find the Built-in Relevance Builder? I’ve verified that our Software Distrubtion Site is at the latest version which is 8. I’ve checked all the available dashboards and wizards but I’m not seeing it in there.

Its part of the New Task creation wizard. Go into the “Manage Software Distribution Packages” dashboard, select a package, and hit the “New Tasks…” button in the manage Tasks tab. The third page of this wizard will be the Relevance builder.
