Hi All,
I have had 2 companies managed by our BES environment that have quite secure network wise that have been having tons of relay problems. If we remove the relays they fail over to us and our relays work fine with their end points.
What are the best ways/tools for troubleshooting relay problems. Network connectivity exists to the relays however they seem to have problems either downloading bits and or downloading large action sites. What are the best ways/tools to identify what is failling apart from downloading the bits directly from the download string. Is there a way to download an action site directly to take the relay out of the picture.
