Relay specification in besclient.config

If I have multiple networks firewalled from each other can I just list all the relays including the root bigfix server in the besclient.config file and will the client just figure out the best relay or route to pull content? or do I need to have a different besclient.config file for each isolated network?

Thanks,
Lou

Check this thread Maybe it could be useful for you.

You might want to start with this post and there’s a link in the discussion to more material on our wiki.

I checked both of these out and I think the first post is what helps me.

What I really want to do is just have one besclient.config file which gets manually installed when installing my Linux/AIX agents that lists all of the top level relays regardless of whether an endpoint can reach it because of firewalls. It will be able to reach at least one of the relay’s in the besclient.config file. I believe this will work, but I just wanted verification before I updated my master besclient.config and handed it to the sys admins for installation across my hundreds of endpoints.
