Relay log error: Uncaught exception in ClientRegister:HTTP 28

Hi all,

All clients under one of our relay stopped reporting. Even teh realy itself stopped reporting as a client. When I check the relay log file, I can see the below entries for all clients.

/cgi-bin/bfenterprise/clientregister.exe (1368) - Uncaught exception in plugin ClientRegister with client <1.1.1.1>: HTTP Error 28: Timeout was reached: Connection timed out after 10015 milliseconds

Any help on this will be appreciated.

@aram we have PMR 03138,082,000 opened with Dave Langridge in L2 support where we’re seeing this same HTTP error 28 on several our relays and causing issues with our deployments. We’ve already provide logs, etc. that are attached to this PMR.

The LLR was showing this error because the TLR was not able to report to primary server and the LLR didn’t had a secondary TLR configured. Once the issue with TLR is rectified, it started working fine.
