Few AIX machines are not reporting in Bigfix console with below error.
I am able to telnet our relay/root server, masthead file in place while installing the agent but no luck.
Bigfix version is 9.5.8

What version of relay is this client trying to use when registering?
Relay version is 9.5.8
I’d double-check that, as the message implies a lower-level relay. Be sure that someone else hasn’t installed a lower-level, perhaps installed a relay on that host itself.
Checked, not found any relay installed on the same host. also deleted all bigfix related files and reinstalled the agent but getting the same error message,
Is the Relay configured to require client authentication?
Really need some more details on your deployment config, we can go back and forth with questions for quite a while. You may be better served opening a support incident so someone can walk through your settings live with you.
