Relais offline after new install or upgrade

Hello.

After an upgrade

or

a new installation
, the

relay

don´t Report any longer. The Server/Relays are Version 9.0.649.

In the Logfile are These Errors:

ProcessMailboxQueue (592) - Error running task ProcessMailboxQueue: HTTP Error 35: SSL connect error: Unknown SSL protocol error in connection to XXX:52311

/cgi-bin/bfenterprise/clientregister.exe (1964) - Uncaught exception in plugin ClientRegister with client 127.0.0.1: HTTP Error 35: SSL connect error: Unknown SSL protocol error in connection to XXX:52311

Does anyone know

this problem and can

help me.Thanks

Hi Patrik,

I’ve asked around and got the following advice:

 a. Check if the AV is off.


 b. Try a clean uninstall and install again.


 c.  Check if SSL is in place.

Any fix found for this issue? I’m also facing the same issue after installing relay version 9.0.649 on Linux machine

After trying to solve the problem we decided on a complete re-installation of the Tem server. After that, all works without problems.
