Recommendations? - Building new Bigfix server-no DB migration

I am building a new Bigfix server. Since the old one still had the demo DB on it and we are moving to an x64 platform, I will NOT be migrating the old DB over but will instead remove all agents, bring down the old server, apply the IP from the old server to the new one and start over. I want to use the same IP address so I don’t have to change all the firewall rules. We have mulitple domains so the server will be stand-alone. I want to do this as quickly as possible but don’t want duplicate agent problems. Any suggestions or guidence would be appreciated.

Be careful when removing clients. The uninstall tends to leave settings behind, so when you go to install again, the new clients may try to point back to the old server (but your IP is the same) and use some of the other old settings from your demo. I recommend deleting the bigfix regkeys after uninstalling, unless you are fine with the old settings.
