Question about setting a numerical value in a clientsetting, specifically the setting _BESRelay_HTTPServer_MaxConnections

Should the value of a clientsetting contain a comma, for example should the value be 10,240 or 10240? Maybe it doesn’t matter, looking for some clarification.

It should not contain a comma, just the number digits

All the sample values are formed in a human readable way but none of them in actuality contain commas
