Hi, I am trying to deploy Qualys Cloud Agent but it keeps getting stuck at Download Pending. Would be very grateful for some advice! I have created a custom distribution package and separately tried doing ti through the wizard. The exe should be on the BigFix Server so it shouldn’t be an external download. Any suggestions?
Have you registered the Software Distribution Plugin with the BigFix server?
If not, you’ll need to take action on Task 1: BigFix Server: Register Download Plug-in for Software Distribution. This is found in Systems Lifecycle Domain -> Software Distribution -> Setup.
