Problems with Endpoint Protection! Help Please!

I recently began using BigFix Endpoint Protection and am having some issues. I have deployed the endpoint protection to the server and a few test clients successfully. I have also set the ActiveUpdate Server Pattern Update Interval and enabled automatic updates for both the server and the clients. All of these tasks show as Completed successfully in the console.

However, in the CPM Dashboard overview report, the endpoint health status is reporting as “Pattern out of Date”. Does anyone know how i can fix this so the endpoints are updating properly?? Thanks for any help!!!

Do you utilize an edge gateway proxy of some sort? We had to whitelist the Trend URL as it was timing out during the grabbing of the definitions, early on.
