I have troubleshooted all the things below for the Servers to get reported in TEM:
- Checked i am able to telnet Bigfix Default Port from these servers to our TEM Root Server
- BES client Service is started
- In Registry __RelayServer1, __RelayServer2 and __RelayServer3 settings are also correct and the Value IPs of Relay Servers are telnetting at the default port from these servers
- I am not seeing any error as well in Bigfix Logs as it’s not getting populated or taking long time to synchronize and still the message “Report Posted Successfully” not there.
- I have excluded the Bigfix Enterprise Folder from Symantec Antivirus which is installed on these Servers.
Sometimes BESClient Service are getting stuck as well and i have killed it manually.
Is somebody has some other solution regarding this.
