Problem with software inventory

Wondering if anyone else is having this issue. We have Microsoft Office Live Meeting installed on all PCs. When I do an inventory report using the Application information analysis it says it’s installed on only about a 1/3 of the PCs. For instance I can look at add/remove programs on my PC and it shows it there but when I look at the inventory on my machine it doesn’t list it. I pulled the same kind of report using SMS and it shows all the installs. Anyone else seeing this?

This is with DSS SAM? Or a custom property?

We don’t have SAM. I guess the problem is that the software is installed using SMS and it is in add/remove programs but it doesn’t have an uninstall option. It doesn’t show up in the unistall or the regapps part of the registry.
