Prevent any program so that no one can uninstall it

I want to create a fixlet such that any user will not be able to uninstall any program. For example, a user cannot uninstall or delete firefox/firefox folder?

Please let me know the script to do this?

There’s three Tasks called “Hide BES Clients from the Add/Remove Programs List - xxxx” in the BES Support site. You may get some pointers from their actions.

I have checked those. They are in complete different scope. I actually want to lock the folder, in a sense, so that no one can change anything from it or delete or uninstall it?
