I had a few cases of that as well, and found that some of my clients had corrupt client settings in the Registry. Take a look at these threads and see if they help.
Sorry, missed this thread, but similar and maybe related to an issue that’s come up here a couple of times, including a couple of instances in my deployment.
At least two of us were able to identify acorrupt Client Setting as causing this. Mine occurred during client version upgrades as well, though I think mine were 9.5.5 -> 9.5.6, or 9.5.6 -> 9.5.7.
Easiest way to identify is to exported the client settings from the Registry (HKLM\software\wow6432node\bigfix\enterpriseclient\settings\client)…
I have a customer wanting to pull back results with the below session relevance:
(values of results of bes properties whose (name of it = "AddRemovePrograms" ))
of (members of bes computer groups whose (name of it as lowercase = "win workstations"))
whose (hostname of it as uppercase starts with "SS123")
