I am trying to send tasks to laptops with post action or with message. if i sent it to laptop and user is remoting to another machine , “display messages” is not displayed unitl last 5 minutes. User only see display message when he clicks “view posponed action” panel.
If user didn’t remote any machine, he can see display messages .
how can i show display messages when user have an remote desktop from his laptop ?

Can you be more specific about your BigFix version and the OS and version?
Bigfix client and server version is 9.5.10 , os version mostly1803 windows 10
There have been some fixes made in this area in later versions. You can see some of the changes in the following: https://support.bigfix.com/bes/changes/fullchangelist-95.txt
There was at least one in 9.5.14 related to this area but with baselines. The best support will come through your case though.
