How do we set a policy or custom task to set client in lock state during business hours. And after businees hours to unlock the clients.

This KB article explain how to create that sort of policy for locking computers:

The example locks computers based on distance to the BES Relays, you would just need to modify it to determine in business hours/out of business hours.
