That wizard is part of “BES Support”.
In order to give your non-Master operators permission to use the software distribution wizard, you need to do 2 things:

Is there anyway around giving them access to “BES Support”? We would like our users to be able to have access to this wizard, but we do not want to give people access to install relays, upgrade clients and all of the other advanced features that come with “BES Support”.
Shouldn’t this wizard be included in the “Software Distribution” site?

Hi,
The wizard needs to be available to other products because we don’t want to remove functionality that has always been available. The “Software Distribution” site is only available to Lifecycle Management customers and offers advanced functionality beyond the wizard’s capabilities.
