I got the email that the patches for Windows site was updated yesterday 8/9/2023 to site 4252 with all the new Office 365 releases yesterday, but my site has not updated from 4251 yet.

I have forced a gather this AM, but still at site 4251. Has the site been released or has it been held up? Is this an issue on my end?

That said, the site has been released, yes, and is currently at v4252.

It may be worth following up with BigFix Support to troubleshoot this one further.
That said, in the interim, attempting to gather the site via the Airgap process (https://help.hcltechsw.com/bigfix/11.0/platform/Platform/Config/c_airgap_tool_use.html ), may be helpful (if it works, it narrows the scope of potential causes, as well as brings the site up to date).
I opened a case and waiting to hear back, but it appears to have been on your side. The next version updated correctly 4253.
