Patch Policy broken on 10.0.4?

I’ve attempted to create two new patch policies on a system newly updated to 10.0.4.32. The policy appears to create and activate ok, but when I navigate back to the main Patch Policy page, it shows zero policies. There is also no action or associated items in the custom site in which I created the policy.

What is interesting is that if I attempt create another policy with the same name, it tells me that the policy already exists. Yet it shows zero policies or actions. Bug?

Creating the same policy on 10.0.2 appears to work, so this seems to be related to 10.0.4.

Development confirmed this is indeed a bug. The fix will likely be in the upcoming release.

Development created a hotfix that resolves the issue. If you want it, reference Case CS0251279. Shout out to Sarah for fixing it quickly!
