Patches has been successfully applied to endpoint but then also it becoming applicable.
Can anybody suggests me the possible reason?
Seiko1, can you tell us more about what patch you tried to apply?
Did you reboot the systems?
It could be that the update failed for some reason, or it could be a relevance issue.
It would help if you provided some of the patches that were applied that are becoming relevant again and what OS they were applied to.
yes the system was restarted and its a windows box.

It could be a relevance issue, or it could be that a newer Windows Update has superseded these.
