Hello, I’ve installed a Bigfix platform on redhat to use with ILMT about 2 months ago, we have 40 clients until now. Everithing was working fine, but sudenly last week capacity scan and software scan are not relevant anymore on 35 of computers. We don´t use vmmnager connection
Everything still seems to be working fine. Comunication is working, there are no error in logs. But no scans are uploaded to ILMT anymore.
During last week on Bigfix licence oveview had a message on of an update and asked to use besadmin to sync masthead, i did and now says it updated.
Only thing that happened las week was the the folder where instalation binaries were was deleted. But license files that were created on /root/bigFix_license_… remain in the same place.
Does anyone experienced this or has a clue how to find where is the problem. Thanks
