OU’s not showing up in active directory tree

I’m trying to deploy a task to an active directory OU, but in BigFix when I traverse down to where the OU is in active directory I cannot find it. I do see other tasks whose target is this OU that I’m looking for. I have BES admin right and full rights to all devices in BigFix. Frequently this OU’s is empty

The tree should display if there are any BigFix Agents reporting to that OU (and if no agents are reporting to that OU, then it won’t show up).

Can you confirm that at least one agent is in that OU?
