Oracle usage report will not export some data

I created the canned report in BFI for the Oracle Java usage report on the screen it shows usage per computer.
But, when I export the report to a CSV or PDF the computer name,publisher and product show up on the export but all other colums are blank.

If I do the same report but for Microsoft office all the colums are populated.

any Ideas why this happeing?

Can you please include screenshots of the filters used and the report header?

What version of BFI do you have? Also try to sort the report by Total Runs descending to show non-null data first and try to export and see if the report shows rows with actual usage.

Please open a support case with HCL BigFix Inventory Support team for further review by the BFI development team. There was CSV/PDF export issue in earlier 9.X BFI versions that was fixed but it may need further review.
