Online clients marked as offline in console

Hi,

the subject says it all.

I´d guess we´re talking about 60 % off all clients that are shown offline. I checked the log files and everything is fine, even actions are deployed.

Before I noticed this, we had a failure that the transaction logs are full and deleted them.

Hi Harald,

Did the system recover after you cleared out the transaction logs? Likely what happened is that the transaction log was full and the server couldn’t put agent results into the database and then a backlog was created in the bufferdir, which could take a few hours to clear for customers with many tens-of-thousands of agents.
