BES 8.0.x user here.

I’m tired of trying to figure out how to use the IBM support site. I registered for an account etc but everything redirects to the IBM Tivoli Endpoint Manager site but there’s not a single relevant useful thing there and no downloads newer than May 2010. TEM isn’t even listed in the Tivoli Document Center.

Hopefully this isn’t a peek into the awesome support that IBM’s acquisition will bring us.

http://support.bigfix.com/ still works (for now at least). I don’t think they moved that content over to IBM yet.

Please bear (hee hee) with us. It is going to take a few weeks for us to start getting docs and “marketing collateral” migrated into the IBM web sites.
