Is there a way in version 7.1.1.315 to create an offer which presents to the user onscreen? The notify does not have the same amount of customization that the offer screen does which is what we would like to achieve (including links,etc in the notification window).

Are you asking if there is a better way to notify users about the offers or the ability to customize messages with more options (but not necessarily use offers).

Ideally both. A better way to notify the users similar to the messages notifications or a way to modify the messages to look more like the offers.
