I have several actions that are set up as offers for both Windows XP (x86) and Windows 7 (x64). The offers show up on the XP systems but not on the Win7 ones. Am I missing something?

If the action is targeted and relevant, then it should show up… Can you double-check both the targeting and the action relevance?

I ran into the same thing recently. They were jobs written pre Win 7 and didn’t have Win7 included in the OS filtering.
In my case I added them to a baseline and was wondering why they weren’t running. D’oh.

I know the relevance and actions are correct, because if I target a Win7 system directly, without an offering, the software installs just fine. If I set up an offer, I never see the BigFix logo in the task bar.

Problem solved.
I was targeting a custom group, and it turns out I forgot to modify the group to include Win7 computers.
