Number of concurrent session and their names in IEM RC

Hi All,

Can some one knows from where user can check how many Support user has currently taking IEM RC session on his machines with their names.

Hi Amit,

The user can see the name of the support user using the ‘Who is connected’ menu – right click on the TRC notification icon in the task bar or in the Tools menu in the TRC window.

I’m afraid it’s currently not possible to see if collaboration (multiple users sharing your screen) is active and to see the names of the participants in the collaboration session.
