KB4048955 - Kindly search in console, after you gather the latest site content;
The rest is not part of security release. Specifically, if you take a closer look at KB4049016 (and other .Net KB you provided), they contain the exact same set of patches of KB4042076. As a matter of fact, there has not been actual updates to .Net framework since September.
The content team is working on KB4049065.
KB4048955 - I can see fixlets for Windows 10, however we are missing fixlet for Windows Server 2016
That’s because it’s not for Windows Server 2016. KB4048953 is.
You probably mistook it for Windows Server 2016 (1709) , which I don’t think BigFix can support, since it’s a GUI-less server core.
Sorry I stand corrected, we will need to go through some testing before releasing support for Windows Server 1709.
