NotePad ++ Installation completed but status showing as Failed

Hi Team.

I have installed Note Pad ++ on few of the computers and it’s installed successfully and Note pad++ is present on the system.

But for the few computers the BigFix fixlet action status is showing as Failed.Can any one please help to show action status as completed?

I have added the Note Pad++ 7.6.6 fixlet to the Patching Baseline and i am not sure which success criteria it was selected but by default i think it would be “The applicability relevance Evaluates to False”.

Ok… So, this is out of the box custom content where relevance is suppose to be false.
Can you cross check if the relevance statement are false from the server end

@RiyazBasha All you have to do is, edit your created fixlet and make the change as shown in the image below. Going forward, create tasks instead of fixlets for this purpose that will avoid the confusion with success criteria.

For one of the devices which have “Failed”, have you confirmed on the endpoint itself that that version of Notepad++, (version 7.6.6), was actually installed?

What do you get on the endpoint when you run the following relevance?

raw version of regapp “notepad++.exe”
