Not getting relevant fixlets for Linux client

Hi All

I have installed BES Agent in one linux server [

color=blue

Linux Red Hat 3.4.6-3.1 (2.6.9-55.0.0.0.2.ELsmp)[/color]]

The rpm used is

color=blue

BESAgent-7.0.2.103.i386_rhe3.rpm[/color]. But the client not getting any relevent fixlets messages since we didn’t installed any patch after 2007. Client’s last reported time is current time only. The out put of uname -a command is given below

color=blue

Linux crmuatapp.fgb.ae 2.6.9-55.0.0.0.2.ELsmp #1 SMP Wed May 2 14:59:56 PDT 2007 i686 i686 i386 GNU/Linux.[/color]

Hi Jijee,

Which Fixlet sites are you subscribed to? Do you have the Patches for RHEL Fixlet site? Also, we should confirm it is not the evaluation site (if you are using a production version of BigFix).

You might want to contact support to help you check for these things…
