Non-Standard software alert.?

Hi Guys,

Need your expertise for my problem :

We have standard software installed on our clients and since ( we have 5000 more clients on the site) some of the users are having “Close Relations” to the field PC technician, they able to install non standard software on their workstations, such as Handphone Software, Games, other non-standard softwares , etc which we have concerned for the licenses and also against the corporate policy for any un-related jobs purpose on their pc.

We start to tight the policy to our technicians to restrict this kind of installation (out of software standard) to be install on the clients and also start to removing the non-standard software on each clients by BigFix.

Is there any way from BigFix to get some alerts for any new non-standard software on the clients once they have install it back on their computer.?

My idea is to collecting the list of standard softwares into baseline and create relevance against it to get difference.But i hope someone here could share any great idea to do this.
