"No Item Selected" When I log into console

All Users are having issues with “No Item Selected” When they log into console… The All Content tab is blank. TEM Version8.1.617.0

Where are you seeing “No items selected?”

Is this a fresh install? If you are seeing nothing in the “All Content” domain that can often mean the system hasn’t gathered content due to some network limitation. Does the server have access to the internet? Is there a proxy?
