Hi straffin,

We are planning to release some fixlets for this, they have just not been completed yet. I would estimate seeing them in the next couple of weeks.

Note that technically we don’t cover this patch by the definition of our “Patches for Windows” sites because the timezone patches are not security related, but since they seem to be heavily requested, we have been providing for a couple years (albeit we are slower than normal for this update).
