No BigFix Mgmt domain in console after IEM 9 Installation

Dears,

I just intalled IEM 9 on RHEL with DB2 10.1, with guide specified in info center, and then installed IEM Console in a Windows 7 desktop.

A naive question to me is that in the console, I can not find other domains like BigFix management, etc. There is only one tab ‘All Content’ in the left menu (as attached screenshot). Then can not access to License dashboard to subscribe fixlet sites.

Can anyone help to throw me some light on how to solve it? thanks!

Hi xinjing,

It looks like because your deployment hasn’t been in the licensed state. Does your IEM deployement have an Internet access? If not, you need to validate it manually with the following procedures.
