Newer Version of BES Health Check

Hello,

I have de-activated and re-activated the analysis several times and I continue to get the message: Newer Version of BES Health Check is avail. I have even tried to import a analysis from a separate system that I also manage. That has not corrected the issue. Any suggestions? I cannot remove or modify the analysis from BES Support.

Do you have a health check anlaysis that is in your operator site? If so, I believe that is a much older version and you should delete it…

I have this in the analysis portion:

Activated Globally BES Health Checks Analysis BES Support

When I look at managed sites, I show

BES Support External Subscribed

I have tried to force a gather as well of all sites to see if that would update it and have not had any luck. I am running version 7.2.5.22 as well.

Do the health checks seem to work? If so, I would just ignore the warning, but if you want to check it out, you can call BigFix support and they can look into it with you.

Hello,

I too have had the same issue for some time now. Did all the same steps to resolve and it still says a new version is available. It all appears to be working properly - so I never got around to having support look into it.

Ok, that is what I will do. For some reason, I do not get all the data like I do in the other system.
