Hello,
While doing tests for the new version of BigFix,v8 , i was trying to create a non-Master new operator through the ‘BES admin tool’ and when trying to connect to the console with the user credential i received the following error message:
"An error occured while attempting to connect to the database:Database Error:
Microsoft
SQL Native Client
SQL Server
Login failed for user’xxxx’.(28000:18456)"
Any advice ?

Only with that user? Or does it happen with any user you create? Also, this KB article seems relevant:

The Authentication Mode of the SQL server is well configure to use both Windows Authentication and SQL Server Authentication.
and the problem is only with that user , any suggestion ?

If the problem is only with that user then it is possible that the password you are using for that user is incorrect.

Maybe, anyhow i will delete the user and create another one.
