We have recently acquired a new division and need to deploy BF to their machines. There is a trust between our domains but I cannot “see” their domain when I try the deploy tool even when logged onto their domain. Assistance and/or suggestions would be appreciated.
Try logging into a computer that is a member of the other domain (as opposed to just logging in as a user from the other domain) and run the BES Client Deploy tool.
The multiple domains shouldn’t have any issues after you get the BigFix Agent on the system.
