Moving the Bigfix Relay

I am trying to move our Bigfix relay (6.0.15.7) from the current location to a new server, with a view to decommissioning the old server. I’ve actioned the task Install BES Relay 6.0 and even though the target is reporting back, every time I run the action I get even after waiting several hours.

I’ve just checked the expired action from several days ago and its current status is .

Does anyone have any idea what’s going on?

Sorry, just to clarify, the current status of was temporary - it now just says , as it has always done.
