I am being forced to move my TEM server to a new Domain and a different network. Can I just reconfigure and move my current server or am I going to have to rebuild? If I can move how will I get the relays to locate the TEM server in its new location?

Here are some resources that might be relevant if you haven’t seen them already:
In general, if at all possible you will want keep your server with the same DNS name… if that is not possible, you will probably want to get a new license for the new server name and migrate all the relays and agents to the new deployment.
(there is an alternative approach where you create the new server as a DSA mirror of the existing server, move all the agents and relays over, and then decommission the existing server and make the new server the new DSA primary… but it is somewhat complicated and has some downsides including the fact that you will have to specially configure each agent you deploy to know about the DSA server since the server listed in the masthead won’t actually exist)
