Yes. I also want to know, how Big Fix could monitor the computer brand or model.

The Analysis “Hardware Information (Windows)” on the BES Inventory and License Fixlet site will display information about all types of hardware used by the computer (including the Monitor). However, the BES Client only knows what the computer knows so whatever appears in your Device Manager is what BigFix will report.
