Missing February .NET patch fixlet?

Should there be a fixlet for KB4538124? Is it included in some other roundup I haven’t found? This KB is showing up in Windows Update for a couple dozen servers, and I can’t find an equivalent in BigFix.

Thanks! The KBs @bma mentions are for “Preview of Quality Rollup” fixlets, so I wasn’t sure that was the solution.
