Missing BigFix domains after new installation

I installed new BigFix server on an air-gapped environment earlier this week and all the steps went good. I entered the console and i noticed that the only domain installed was the “All Content” but “BigFix Management” domain is missing. I searched online and tried to run the airgap tool. it filled the console with fixlets and tasks but it didn’t create the missing domains. how can I create or install the missing domains?

Now that the airgap tool has been run the first time, and you have some Fixlets and Tasks (i.e. some basic content), do you still not see ‘BigFix Management’? (You may have to drag up the domain bar) Even if you don’t see ‘BigFix Management’, if you expand ‘All Content’ -> ‘Dashboards’ -> ‘All Dashboards’, do you see the ‘License Overview’ dashboard? If so, from the License Overview dashboard, you can enable the additional Fixlet sites of interest, then re-run the AirGap tool to gather those sites.

When you used the Airgap tool, did you gather the ‘BES Support’ site? That’s the site that provides many of the Domain layouts.
