Missing BESReports.exe

Dear all,

In my BigFix Sever at folder “C:\Program Files\BigFix Enterprise\BES Server\BESReportsServer\wwwroot\cgi-bin\besreports” there is no “BESReports.exe” file

What should I do, because right now “BES Web Reports” won’t running, when I tried to access the web, there is some message like this “Web site found, waiting for reply”

I check the “BES FillDB”, "BES GatherDB ", “BES Root Server”, “BES Gather Service” and “BES Web Reports Server” services, they all started and running

Hi Yungkie,

That file is not actually supposed to exist. The BES Web Reports server runs at “C:\Program Files\BigFix Enterprise\BES Server\BESWebReportsSever.exe”.

You might try restarting the service “BES Web Reports Server” and see if that helps… If not, probably best to start a support case.
